Conditions for the purchase of tickets, VIP packages and participation in Argentinian Day – the 3rd edition of an exclusive gathering for the business elite, polo lovers, Malbec enthusiasts and admirers of Argentinian culture.

Effective from 1 February 2026

1. Introductory provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the "T&C") govern the rights and obligations between Propag servis Brno, s.r.o., registered office at Komenského 1056, 664 53 Újezd u Brna, Company ID: 41602293, VAT ID: CZ41602293, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno (hereinafter the "Organiser"), and the natural or legal person who purchases a ticket or VIP package for Argentinian Day (hereinafter the "Participant").

1.2. The Event refers to the cultural and social event Argentinian Day, taking place on 26 August 2026 at Noe Polo Club Březina, Březina u Macochy, Blansko district (hereinafter the "Event").

1.3. By submitting an order, VIP enquiry or by paying the admission fee, the Participant confirms they have read, agreed to and are bound by these T&C.

2. Tickets and VIP packages

2.1. The ticket offering includes standard tickets, premium zones (Estancia, Malbec Lounge) and VIP packages with private service, the scope of which is described on the Event page.

2.2. Capacity is limited. A reservation becomes binding upon payment of the purchase price. Tickets are only non-transferable when marked with a specific name (VIP).

2.3. Prices include VAT. No hidden fees are charged; any payment-gateway fee is shown before finalising the payment.

3. Payment

3.1. Payment is made online via a payment gateway or by bank transfer to the Organiser's account per the instructions in the order confirmation.

3.2. The ticket is delivered by e-mail after the payment is credited, no later than within 3 business days.

4. Cancellation policy

4.1. Pursuant to Section 1837(j) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, a consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a contract for leisure services provided on a specific date. Purchased tickets are therefore generally non-refundable.

4.2. Upon individual request the Organiser may allow:

• transfer of the ticket to another person (free of charge, no later than 14 days before the Event),
• a refund of 70 % of the admission fee for cancellations made 30+ days before the Event,
• a full refund only if the Event is cancelled by the Organiser.

5. Conduct at the Event

5.1. The Participant must respect the instructions of the event staff, the operating rules of the Noe Polo Club premises and the Event dress code (garden chic).

5.2. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or to remove persons who are under the influence of intoxicants, behave aggressively or endanger the safety of guests, horses or staff.

5.3. Bringing animals, weapons, pyrotechnics or your own alcoholic beverages is prohibited.

6. Photography and audiovisual recording

6.1. By attending, the Participant acknowledges that photographic and audiovisual documentation will be produced for the promotion of following editions. If the Participant does not wish to appear in the material, please contact info@argentinskyden.cz.

7. Liability and insurance

7.1. The Participant attends the Event at their own responsibility. The Organiser is not liable for injury or property damage caused by breach of the staff's instructions or the operating rules.

7.2. Medical service is provided throughout the Event.

8. Force majeure

8.1. The Organiser is not liable for non-performance due to force majeure (natural disaster, epidemic measure, act of a public authority, etc.). In such a case the Event will be moved to a substitute date, or the admission fee will be credited.

9. Complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution

9.1. Complaints may be filed by e-mail at info@propagservis.cz. The Organiser will respond within 30 days.

9.2. Consumers have the right to contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) as the body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.

10. Final provisions

10.1. These T&C are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The invalidity of any individual provision does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

10.2. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time; the version in force at the time of order submission applies.
